Cantonese cuisine has been described as the pinnacle of Chinese regional fare due to the diversity of ingredients used. The menu at Duck & Rice is an expression of traditional dishes that have been elevated to test the senses of the modern diner. Inspired by the many regions of China, and recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation, the carefully curated menu will be an experience that one will savour with delight!

Duck & Rice’s signature cocktails are tried and true and our bar boasts an extensive selection of house-made flavoured sodas and mocktails. A careful curation of ‘old world meets new’ wines round out Duck & Rice’s beverage offer.

With a drink in hand, take a moment to sink into the moody, luxurious surroundings of Shanghai in the 1920s.
